We have an exciting opportunity for a highly articulate and motivated Graduate to join our team in a support role
You will work directly alongside the Directors of the department to ensure exceptional administrative support is provided to the team. As this is a varied role, you must have great attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
Your key supportive duties will include (not limited to):
- Effectively managing the pipelines for allocated Brokers.
- Progress applications efficiently through to exchange and completion.
- Communicate regularly with clients and 3rd parties offering a high level of customer service.
- Uphold positive communication with lenders to achieve surveys and offers in a timely manner.
- Diary Management - book appointments for Mortgage and Protection Clients.
- Answer phones in a professional and friendly manner, taking clear messages when needed.
- Ensure that all Compliance is recorded accurately and in line with Best Practice Guidelines.
- Manage the CRM system to send scheduled correspondence to remortgage customers.
This role is an office-based role only. The office location is in West Norwood, South East London (SE27 9AJ)
