Meet The Team

Cathy started her Financial Services career in 2001 working with National Irish Bank which was part of National Australia Group. She gained vast experience in company account management & personal banking.
From there she managed her own Branch of REA Mortgage Choice in Dublin which was voted Ireland’s Best Mortgage Broker firm for 3 consecutive years. After travelling for a number of years she returned to Ireland & worked as an IFA specialising in Pensions & Investments before moving to London in 2013.

Her hobbies include kayaking & Rugby (watching not playing)!

Michelle began her career in Financial Services in 2004 as a Mortgage Administrator with a broker firm in her native Liverpool. After relocating to London in 2010, she joined Elysian Finance and has since progressed to the role of Associate Director.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found cheering on her son from the sidelines as he plays for his Sunday league football team. She is an avid Liverpool FC supporter and self-confessed movie buff.

Phoebe studied at Cardiff University where she obtained her Maths degree. She was recruited by Elysian Finance through our Graduate Program in 2018, within 3 months she became fully CeMAP qualified & achieved her Competent Adviser Status within 6 months of joining. She is our New Homes Specialist.

Her favorite activities are karaoke & going to concerts.

Joanne has held Relationship Manager roles with Citi Bank, Natwest & Lloyds TSB where she gained invaluable experience within Regulated Mortgage Sales, Retail & Wealth Management Banking. She joined Elysian Finance in 2014 as a Specialist Mortgage Consultant.

In her spare time she loves to cook & read crime novels.

Oliver studied at the University of the West of England where he obtained his Accounting and Finance degree. He was recruited by Elysian Finance through our Graduate Program in 2021 and has quickly obtained his CeMap qualifications.

He enjoys football and travelling in his spare time.

Ellie studied at the London School of Economics where she obtained her Economics degree. She was recruited by Elysian Finance in July 2025 as a graduate mortgage consultant and has since achieved her CeMAP qualification in record time.

In her free time, she enjoys long dog walks and baking.

Sabrina joined Elysian Finance through our graduate scheme in April 2025. She was recruited straight from the University of Westminster where she obtained her LLB Law degree, and provides case support for the mortgage consultants.

In her free time, she enjoys watching crime documentaries and travelling the world.
